Please note the following deadlines:

Abstract submission: February–April 18^th; acceptance will be communicated by May 31^st (short delay, beginning of June)

Extended Deadline for Abstract submission POSTERS ONLY: July 31^st (if you want to submit poster abstracts after this date, please get in touch with the coordination office)

Early registration: February–July 10^th

Late registration: July 11^st–August 31^st
